1. For stay of min. 1 week free transfers are provided, for shorter than one week it is chargeable.

2. Security Deposit for stay less than 4 days: the value of one day is payed as security deposit. For stays of 4 days and more a min deposit of 2 day is required. The deposit is refund at the end of the stay after inventory of apartment is conducted.

3. For long Holidays: we offer discounts on stays exceeding 3 weeks. Please send request with 
Reference Long Holidays.

5. Upon reservation 50% of the total stay price is transferred for us to confirm your booking. And the remaining 50% and security deposit is paid to our representative upon arrival.

NOTE: Due to the Egyptian law people with Egyptian or with any Arab nationality is not permitted to accommodate with one of the opposite sex, unless they are married.
