1. To book an apartment a security deposit has to be paid to Virgin Property's bank account or to our office in advance of the rental period.  The deposit will be refunded upon check out and the rent has to be paid in cash upon check in.

2. Please NOTE: Due to the Egyptian law people with Egyptian or with any Arab nationality is not permitted to accommodate with one of the opposite gender unless they are married. Please contact us for more information!

3. For long stay please contact us for favouable prices!

4. If airport transfers are required, one of our reps will be standing at the airport waiting for our guests, pick them up and bring them to the apartment for check in. Please remember to look for a Virgin Property sign!

5. Please notify us about your arrival time so we can make sure our office is manned. Opening hours are from 1pm until 10pm 7 days a week. For check in (without transport with Virgin Property) you can come to our office in

6.  In case you have not pre-booked an apartment, please come by our office and we will do our best to help you finding a nice apartment to rent.
